Hi there, I'm Irene.
After a decade thriving in the corporate world (ArcelorMittal, Veolia, Amazon), I discovered my true passion: transforming chaos into clarity. I realised my favorite days were the “messy” ones, where complex challenges demanded creative solutions. That’s why I swapped the comfy corporate badge for my own logo and founded LUKiN Consulting.
Today, I partner with fast-growing teams and organisations to turn their data, change and project headaches into measurable wins. Whether it’s launching a new PMO, driving adoption of change initiatives or unlocking the potential of Business Intelligence, I’m at my best when helping clients move from uncertainty to confident action. My approach is hands-on, data-driven and always tailored to your strategic goals, so you can keep growing long after I’ve stepped out.
My journey has taken me from Spain to the UK, working with clients across the globe and giving me a truly international perspective and an opportunity to bring an open mind to every engagement.
