LUKiN Consulting was founded by Irene Tobajas, a consultant with more than ten years of experience working in international corporate environments and diverse industries (Amazon, ArcelorMittal, Veolia).

After several years in the corporate world, she decided to create LUKiN with a clear idea: many companies, especially SMEs and growing organisations, face complex strategic and operational challenges but do not necessarily need or want large consulting firms. They need someone who understands both strategy and operations, who is comfortable working with data and who can also work closely with teams to implement real changes.

This is why at LUKiN the way we work is very hands-on and collaborative. We spend time with teams, understand processes, analyse data and help structure decisions and projects in a way that is realistic and implementable.
