LUKiN was founded by Irene Tobajas after more than a decade working inside international businesses including Amazon, ArcelorMittal and Veolia.
Her experience includes resolving competing priorities, working with incomplete information, coordinating delivery across functions and implementing changes that had to keep working after the project ended.
Today, LUKiN works directly with leadership and delivery teams. Clients receive senior input when the problem and solution are defined, followed by practical support when a process, reporting model or governance routine is put into use.
