Do you only design recommendations or do you help implement them?
Implementation is central to the work. LUKiN combines analysis and design with hands-on support: clarifying ownership, creating practical routines, helping teams adopt new ways of working and adjusting the solution as it meets reality.
Can you work with distributed or international teams?
Yes. LUKiN is based in the United Kingdom and Spain and works with global and cross-functional teams. The working model is adapted to the organisation, combining remote collaboration with in-person sessions where they add value.
How does a consulting engagement begin?
It starts with a focused conversation about the organisation, the outcome you need and what is getting in the way. If there is a good fit, LUKiN proposes a clear scope, working approach, timetable and deliverables before work begins.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the problem and level of implementation support. The published case studies include focused eight-week assignments as well as broader programmes lasting four to five months. The scope is designed around the outcome rather than a fixed package.
Can LUKiN improve an existing PMO or reporting setup?
Yes. A project does not need to start from zero. LUKiN can assess an existing PMO, governance model, KPI framework or reporting process, identify where it creates friction and redesign only the elements that need to change.
