LUKiN Consulting was founded by Irene Tobajas, a consultant with more than ten years of experience working in international corporate environments and later as an independent consultant across multiple industries and types of organisations.
Before founding LUKiN Consulting, Irene worked in large companies (Amazon, ArcelorMittal, Veolia) on topics such as performance management, process improvement, data analysis, pricing experiments and transformation programmes. This experience provided a strong foundation in structured methodologies, data-driven decision making and large-scale project environments.

After several years in the corporate world, she decided to create LUKiN
Consulting with a clear idea: many companies, especially SMEs and growing
organisations, face complex strategic and operational challenges but do
not necessarily need or want large consulting firms. They need someone
who understands both strategy and operations, who is comfortable working with data and who can also work closely with teams to implement real changes.
Today, LUKiN Consulting works with clients in different sectors, including professional services, technology, sports, public sector initiatives and industrial environments.

The way we work is very hands-on and collaborative. We like to understand
how the organisation really works, not just how it looks on paper. We spend time with teams, understand processes, analyse data and help structure decisions and projects in a way that is realistic and implementable.

Our objective is not only to deliver analysis or recommendations, but to help organisations make better decisions, work in a more structured way and improve their performance over time.
