This can include defining project governance structures, roles and
responsibilities, decision-making frameworks, project roadmaps and reporting structures for programmes and transformation initiatives. The objective is to give organisations visibility over their projects, ensure that priorities are clear and help teams deliver projects in a more structured and predictable way.
