The challenge

The business wanted stronger online growth, but SEO, ecommerce analytics, conversion and customer retention were competing for attention. The immediate need was not a long list of recommendations. It was a clear sequence and a way to see whether the work made a difference.

What LUKiN did

  • Reviewed the current ecommerce setup and how fulfilment already worked
  • Separated immediate priorities from useful later improvements
  • Focused the first phase on search visibility, website performance and conversion behaviour
  • Defined a simple baseline covering traffic sources, product interest and the route from visit to purchase
  • Turned the priorities into practical steps with supporting resources
  • Kept regular advisory support in place while the business worked through the plan

The result

The business left the first phase with three agreed priorities, a measurement baseline and a practical order of work. The engagement remains in progress, so no sales or traffic improvement is claimed before the agreed measures can be reviewed.

This case describes work in progress within a business support programme. The business is anonymised and commercial outcomes will only be stated once measured.
